begin with an explanation of what you'll receive when ordering
from our wholesale area. Just as in our retail area, you'll
receive the
same commitment to quality and professionalism you have grown to
expect when purchasing hosta from Silvers-Elbert Nursery. We
still
grow all of our plants on-site, and personally package and ship
each order on-site as well. The hosta featured in our wholesale
area are produced via tissue culture propagation.
Our
assurance to you is that the plants you will receive from
Silvers-Elbert
nursery are not straight out of the lab, unlike plants you
might
receive from other nurseries. Our wholesale hosta were propagated
this past spring and summer and will have successfully gone
through
winter dormancy. We have tested carefully to ensure that each individual
plant stays "true to name".
Our
wholesale plants are planted in 48 per flat or Bare root. A 48 ct.
flat is
our minimum order. Each 48ct. flat can be mixed with two different
24ct.varieties to meet the minimun order requirement.
Our plants are guaranteed free from 'Hosta Virus X', as well as
all other viruses.
